The Constellation on King offers open parking, first come, first served, with nearby garages. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer furnished apartments. However, we will refer you to a Cort Furniture representative, and they will gladly offer you different packages to fit your needs. 

The Constellation is equipped with a package concierge locker room onsite.

Persons not listed on the lease can only stay in the apartment for up to 14 consecutive days and, with our prior consent, no more than 28 days in one month.

You are not allowed to sublet your apartment.

We offer package lockers, a 24-hour fitness system, a rooftop lounge, a clubroom/business center, and a pool with outdoor grills and a lounge area. Visit our Amenities page for more information.

Here at The Constellation, we are pet-friendly, with no breed restrictions. There is a non-refundable fee of $350 for the first pet and $500 for the second pet, up to 2 pets per household.

Yes! The Constellation Apartments offers several online services, including paying rent and submitting 24/7 maintenance requests.

The minimum lease term is 3 months.

When you first apply, there is a $50 application fee due for each applicant. At move-in, a one-time, nonrefundable amenity fee of $200 will be charged, along with a security deposit, which starts at $500 and may range up to one full month’s rent depending on the results of your credit and rental history check.

As a resident at The Constellation on King, you can pay your rent online, in the office, or by phone.

Yes, we will bill you for trash, water, and sewer. Residents are responsible for calling and starting their electricity service through Dominion Energy, and we also require renters insurance. We offer renters insurance, or you can provide your own.

There are no utilities included in the rent.

Yes, we do require all residents to acquire renters' insurance.

The Constellation Apartments is 2 minute drive or 12 minute walk from Hampton University

The Constellation on King is located in the Old North Hampton neighborhood.

We are in the Hampton City Public School District.

Yes, we are only two streets from Eaton Street's bike trail.

The closest shopping center to The Constellation is Peninsula Town Center.

The closest coffee shop is Fika Coffee Shop, which is about 50 feet away.

You can take I-64 to the Hampton University exit, turn right, and follow Settlers Landing to King Street.

A bus line is located on Settlers Landing Rd, which is within walking distance of our property.
